Very often cruise lines and their agents warn that you can't disembark in Russia visa-free unless you book their ship tour. Please be informed that is NOT TRUE and that you should not pay any attention to such warnings. This is nothing more than their attempts to sell poorly marketed ship tours designed to confuse and scare passengers.
